Empowering You To Thrive
COUNSELING FOR INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES ON ALABAMA'S EASTERN SHORE
You may look capable and successful on the outside yet feel overwhelmed or unsettled on the inside. When life becomes a constant stream of responsibilities, it’s easy to lose touch with meaning and direction. You may be navigating a life transition, complicated family dynamics, or an inner sense that simply coping is no longer enough. Surviving is not the same as thriving.
Eastern Shore Counseling was founded to provide thoughtful, compassionate support during times of change. Together, we work toward a new sense of balance, one that honors your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being and helps you move forward with clarity and purpose.

Can You Relate?
My clients often describe feeling “stuck,” uncertain, or disconnected from a sense of direction – yet they are capable, motivated, and ready to engage thoughtfully in the work of personal development. They value collaboration, respect for their spiritual or philosophical beliefs, and a holistic approach that honors mind, body, and spirit.
The foundation of my practice is an exploration of what it means to live well in the face of life’s challenges.
I understand the challenges of balancing significant relationships with meaningful self-care. I’m here to provide the support and tools needed to heal through a process of openness and self-exploration. Rather than seeking symptom management or medical treatment, my clients are looking for insight, growth, and practical wisdom that supports a meaningful and well-lived life.

I work with individuals in Baldwin County who are experiencing life transitions, codependency, grief, overwhelm, and other similar challenges. I’m also experienced in supporting individuals and families of loved ones with high-functioning ADHD and ASD – more commonly known as autism spectrum disorder.
The goal of our work together is personal growth that naturally extends into healthier, more fulfilling relationships and a deeper sense of purpose.

I understand how intimidating the first step toward counseling can feel – but from personal experience, I also know that surrender can uncover an untapped inner strength. It's this transcendent power of counseling that inspired me to earn my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. It’s my honor as an Associate Licensed Counselor to serve individuals, couples, and families of the Eastern Shore.
